On the weekend of October 16th & 17th this year, Dr James Wilson is travelling from Arizona to present a seminar and workshop combination at The Royal Society of Medicine, London on “Recovering from Adverse Stress & Fatigue”.

Adrenal Fatigue Makes News
The Daily Mail have today published a short article on the prevalence and potential management of Adrenal Fatigue.
Adrenal Fatigue is any decrease in the ability of the adrenal glands to carry out their normal functions. This can happen when your body is overwhelmed, or when stress exceeds the capacity of your body to compensate and fully recover. As a result of the increased endocrine related demands the adrenal glands can become fatigued and are unable to continue responding adequately to further stress.

The immune system is prone to the same grave misfortunes as any defense system handling weapons: collateral damage that comes with the destruction of the enemy on one’s own territory and friendly fire due to mistaken identity.
